Inna Kogan

Inna Kogan (Bachelor of Laws) is a licensed lawyer and a member of the Law Society. She was educated in Canada and now holds the status of a public notary.

Inna's fluency in five languages and years of experience working in Canadian courts has allowed her to engage in educational outreach: she has published work in the Immigration Law Reporter and served as associate editor of ImmQuest, a popular newsletter.

Finally, she regularly appears on television and in the print press as an expert on immigration issues. The most exciting and rewarding part of practicing law for Inna Kogan is working in court. Defending the rights of her clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Appellate Division, and the Federal Court provides the most comprehensive insight into the inner workings of the immigration system.
